Laminate
This may be the
last floor you ever need, which is why laminate
flooring has become increasingly popular.
Laminate floors are engineered to resist
scratches, chips, dents, and burns much better
than most other hard surface floors. Laminate
floors are even termite resistant making a
laminate floor a great long-term investment with
a warranty to match! A wide variety of patterns
are available to resemble hardwoods as well as
stone.

Helpful Tips:
Upgrade to high pressure to extend the life of
your floor. Remember laminate is not real wood
or real stone, but rather patterned to resemble
it. The pattern of the laminate will begin to
fade as the surface begins to wear on a direct
pressure product. The pattern is stored below
the main wear surface in a high pressure
laminate so the pattern won't wear away as the
main surface area begins to wear.
Simple Floor
Covering does not recommend the use of laminate
products in wets areas as the product is
primarily composed of engineered wood fiber. If
selecting a laminate floor for a wet area,
insist on proper installation and make sure to
select a product with a warranty that covers
water damage.
